We received an email today from a man who came to eat at our Free Pancake Outreach in Sturgis, SD during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and then gave his heart to Jesus.  This is a direct quote from his email he sent to me, “I’m so happy that I asked Jesus to come into my life.  Its not always easy, but He has never let me down, and I praise Him for that! “  This man was one of the 58 souls Brenda and I personally led to the Lord during 2011 and we thank all of you who have prayed for and supported us this past year.  You all are a part of this ministry and make these encounters possible.  We are expecting great things in the coming year and say thank you in advance for your continued prayers and faithful support. “We Love You All”

Had a great opportunity to cook with one of the Light For The Lost teams from the Southern Missouri District today.  This team was cooking for an auto dealership in Springfield, Missouri and the proceeds went to missions and yes that is us!  Light for the Lost has been a blessing to Brenda and I supplying our Bibles, Ministry Tracts, Outreach Cups & Popcorn Bags.  Thank you Light For The Lost!

I have just recently became a part of the American Legion Riders group from Post 639 in Springfield, Missouri. What is the American Legion Riders? “ALR”

History:  The American Legion Riders is a group that was first formed in the Garden City, Michigan American Legion Post 396 in 1993.  Each Chapter is sponsored by a local American Legion Post and works in conjunction with the post to provide service to the community, state and nation.  The American Legion Riders are also involved with many charities and veterans issues.

Purpose:  To participate in parades and other ceremonies that are in keeping with the aims and purposes of the American Legion.  To promote motorcycle safety programs and to provide a social; atmosphere for American Legion Family members who share the same interest.  To use our association to promote and support programs of the American Legion.

Brenda and I have worked & ministered with the ALR group on several different occasions over the last 8 years of our ministry and finally, we were able to become a part of this group through becoming a Sons of The American Legion.  We are looking for God to do great things and because of our past relationships, at the last meeting they elected me as one of their two Chaplains for the group.

Be in prayer as God has opened this new door of ministry for us!

We had a great outreach yesterday cooking 40 pounds of BBQ Pork Steak & 3 gallons of Baked Beans for the Freedom of Road Riders Chapter 30′s Christmas Party.  Thank you God for a great opportunity of ministry.

Below our some pictures of the outreach!

Just finished cutting up all the BBQ Pork Steak that we are going to cook for the Freedom of Road Riders Local 30′s Christmas Party tomorrow.

The party is going to be held at the Daily Pub in Springfield, Missouri and should be a great time of ministry for us.

Well, it’s a cold 22 degrees and snowy morning here in Southwest Missouri.  I know that is probably not as bad as some parts of the country but, it takes a little to get use to this weather.  We have an outreach tonight in Joplin, Missouri,  Motorcycle Awareness Ride meeting Thursday, American Legion Rider Dinner Friday and then we cook dinner for the Freedom of Road Riders Local 30′s Christmas party Saturday night.  Just a little busy! It is always great to end the year on great ministry outreaches. Have at least two more weeks of ministry outreaches then relax for Christmas.
